Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China issued the Announcement on the Approval of the Second Batch of Construction Engineering Enterprise Qualification List of 2025, in which, the company was promoted to the Special Qualification of General Contracting for Construction Projects, and also obtained Class A Design Qualifications of Building Construction and related Civil Air Defense Works.

The Special Qualification of General Contracting for Construction Projects is the top qualification for contractors engaged in construction industry in China, and an important indicator of a contractor’s comprehensive strength. To obtain this qualification, a contractor must meet strict requirements on credit rating, key management and technical personnel, sci-tech development progress, and work experiences.
